LeLe at app.meetlele.ai is operated by VEXTR. That site is the legal entity responsible for this service; company details live there, not on this page.

What we use

Event details you enter, guest names/emails/answers and suggestions, account sign-in data if you create an account, and ordinary technical logs/cookies needed to keep you signed in or remember a guest form. Optional “Say it” / text prompt sends audio or text to speech and language services so we can draft the form — we do not keep the recording as part of the event.

We use this to run gatherings (invites, RSVPs, settle a plan), keep accounts secure, and prevent abuse. Legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest for security (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data. No advertising cookies.

Who sees it

The host sees guest answers. Other guests may see suggestions when the host allows that. Sign-in providers only if you use them. We use service providers for hosting, storage, mail, maps and (when you ask) AI helpers — they process data on our instructions.

How long

Events and responses are removed about 12 months after the event date (or sooner if the host deletes the event). Accounts stay until you close them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data via vextr.co. Guests can also ask the host to remove them. Complaints: IMY (Sweden).

We may update this page; the date at the top will change.
